​President of the Foundation: Joseph E. Orndorff

Joe Orndorff is the co-founder, along with his wife Jo Anne, of SCRIP-SAFE® Security Products, Inc. which is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since its founding in 1989, the Company grew to become the largest suppliers of
secured transcript paper in the country. It was also an early pioneer in the secure transfer of electronic academic records. The company invented and introduced Diplomas on Demand which permits academic and
corporate institutions to produce fully decorated diplomas and certificates on in-office desk-top printers.

Orndorff held two patents from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, one for a latent image security paper the other for a document verification process used by corporations engaged in basic research leading to the
issuance of patents.

He earned his BA degree in History and Political Science from Millikin University, his MA in history from Eastern Illinois and completed all but his dissertation for his PhD at Miami University. He taught high school
Advanced Placement American history for seven years, belongs to the National Eagle Scout Association and serves as the President of Island Inn, a 30+ unit boutique resort located on Sanibel Island, Florida.
